£260 Million luxury project. Top-down construction of 5-level deep basements housing a cinema, a swimming pool, plants and car parks. Two towers above make a 19-storey residential building and an 8-storey commercial building of concrete and steel frame respectively. The structure is mainly utilised to house the hospital mortuary, enforcing strict floor vibration, fall-induced vibration, heavy loadings and sophisticated ventilation and air conditioning requirements Total estimated project value £62M.
