Marble Arch Place, London
£260 Million luxury project. Top-down construction of 5-level deep basements housing a cinema, a swimming pool, plants and car parks. Two towers above make a 19-storey residential building and an 8-storey commercial building of concrete and steel frame respectively. The residential tower is supported on acoustic bearings at ground level to control the vibration transmission from the underground train to the tower.

The accommodation and the Affordable Housing consists of 5 storeys in concrete with two floors above made with lightweight Metsec construction.

The Hotel Building is of concrete framing throughout, with a transfer structure on the roof to carry the main entrance area.
